RESERVATION POLICIES

We appreciate advance notice whenever it is feasible. We also pleased to offer our urgent services for the health needs we can’t predict. Currently, we can offer appointments within a two week window of the appointment request. If you are not available to meet in person, we can discuss reserving time for virtual appointments through Google or Apple chat services.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that cancellations will happen and do not want our community to feel hard or unnecessary burdens related to cancellation. If an appointment needs to be cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment there will be a $5 fee that will go into our Sponsorship Fund that covers the costs of clients who need helping paying for our services.

 

FACILITIES

We currently offer home visits to our clients.

 

MEDICAL CONCERNS

Honesty and transparency are key to our offerings. We do not practice allopathic medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not claim to cure disease or manage pharmaceuticals or medications at any time.

We support our clients in being evaluated by their medical doctors. If you have any concerns about your condition, we are interested in working as part of a coordinated care team to provide you with the best information possible. Please let us know if you would like us to connect with your physician. We advise you to explore any recommendations we provide with other professionals in health care.
